The main horse barn was built in 2002 with an addition put on in 2005. It contains 21 stalls. The barn has a 14 foot isle which is a clay base. The stalls are 10’ X 12’ and contain rubber mats over crushed limestone. The barn was designed to provide natural light which is wonderful for both the horse and owner. Horses are able to look at each other through the front face of the stalls and see their neighbors to the side. Two large sliding doors at each end of the barn allow a nice breeze in the summer for the horses comfort. Each stall has an electrical outlet which allows for heated water buckets in the winter and fans in the summer. Two tack rooms are in the barn. One contains a sink with hot/cold water. The main tack room is used for boarder’s equipment and saddles. A wash rack is in the barn providing cross ties and mats to bathe your horse with either hot/cold water. The Cover-All indoor riding arena was built in 2005. It has 10’ foot walls made of treated tongue and groove. The arena has a sand base. The arena is 62’ X 140’ with the height being 35’ from the ground to the ceiling. It’s a great arena to jump or train your horse. Dressage letters are posted on the walls as well. The outdoor arena is about one acre in size with a sandy dirt base and is great to ride in or work your horse. A 60’ round pen is also available.
